"Learn from the mistakes, don't avoid them. When you make the mistake, know how to face it, how to solve it, how to challenge it. This is called wisdom. This is what we should teach our kids."


Some times I get frustrated when somebody rejects me for some reason and I think 'why only me'.
But when I think about Jack Ma's journey and his education I think my rejections are fewer. 

The great empires are some times born out of small ideas, today I will tell you a story of a man who impacted the entire economy and the internet industry of china almost single-handed.

Jack ma's life is not less than the story of any great emperor and now he is a founder of Alibaba group.



The little jack

Jack ma was a second child in the family born with one elder brother and one younger sister on October 15, 1964, in China.

During there childhood, communalism was at a peak in the country and the residence had no contact with the western world.

However, he managed to enhance his amplitude and acquire new skills from evident from childhood.

From the year 1972 tourism boomed in the country. The spirited jack worked as a tourist guy in exchange for lessons in English

However, he continued his correspondence further.

Jack Ma: Childhood and Education

Jack Ma started studying English at a very young age. At the age of 9 years, Jack Ma traveled 27 kilometers on his bicycle to guide tourists so that he can practice English. Jack Ma further became pen pals with a foreigner who nicknamed him Jack as the Chinese name was hard for him to pronounce.    
For getting admitted to college, Ma took three years to clear the Chinese entrance examinations as they were held once in a year. Jack Ma attended  Hangzhou Normal University (earlier Hangzhou Teacher's Institute). In 1998, Jack Ma graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. After completing his graduation, Jack Ma started teaching English and international trade at Hangzhou Dianzi University. Jack Ma wanted to study at Harvard Business School, but couldn't as he got rejected every time he applied (10 times). 

But his education was not smooth sailing

He failed in most of the exams

He failed primary exams

He failed in high school

He was rejected by Howard university 10 times 

He was rejected by KFC and he was the only one who got rejected

It hurts when you have got rejected by so many people,

he also got depressed. But "we need to know that the world has lots of opportunities and it depends on how you see the world"

we might not have a rich father even he did not have, he could not able to borrow 1$ from the bank and he did not add any other way just to work has a team.

Most people will have fancy ideas at night but when they wake up in the morning they go back to do the same job. He did not want to do so, he decided to do something different.


so he started a business by borrowing 2000USD from relatives and friends that is the great business empire Alibaba even today ruling Chinese internet network.

every one said Alibaba's model is terrible at first it did not make any money. They covered it with amazon, google and also with Microsoft since those were successful

  • In 2008, Barron's featured him as one of the 30 "World's Best CEOs"
  • In May 2009, Time magazine listed Ma as one of the world's 100 most powerful people. In reporting Ma's accomplishments, Adi Ignatius, former Time senior editor and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Business Review, noted that "the Chinese Internet entrepreneur is soft-spoken and elf-like—and he speaks really good English" and remarked that "Taobao.com, Mr. Ma's consumer-auction website, conquered eBay in China." He was also included in this list in 2014.
  • BusinessWeek chose him as one of China's Most Powerful People.

  • Forbes China also selected him as one of the Top 10 Most Respected Entrepreneurs in China in 2009. Ma received the 2009 CCTV Economic Person of the Year: Business Leaders of the Decade Award.
  • In 2010, Ma was selected by Forbes Asia as one of Asia's Heroes of Philanthropy for his contribution to disaster relief and poverty.
  • In 2011 it was announced that one of his companies had gained control of Alipay, formerly a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, to "comply with Chinese law governing payment companies to secure a license to continue operating Alipay.
  • Numerous analysts reported that Ma sold Alipay to himself below market value without notifying the board of Alibaba Group or the other major owner's Yahoo and Softbank, while Ma stated that Alibaba Group's board of directors were aware of the transaction. The ownership dispute was resolved by Alibaba Group, Yahoo! and Softbank in July 2011.
  • Ma was awarded an honorary doctoral degree by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in November 2013.
  • Ma was a board member of Japan's SoftBank (2007–2020) and China's Huayi Brothers Media Corporation.[citation needed] He became a trustee of The Nature Conservancy's China program in 2009 and joined its global board of directors in April 2010.

  • In 2013, he became chairman of the board for The Nature Conservancy's China Program; this was one day after he stepped down from Alibaba as company CEO.
  • In 2014, he was ranked as the 30th-most-powerful person in the world in an annual ranking published by Forbes.
  • In 2015, Asian Award honored him with the Entrepreneur of the Year award.
  • In 2017, Fortune ranked Ma second on its World's 50 Greatest Leaders list.
  • In 2017, a KPMG survey ranked Ma third in global tech innovation visionary survey.
  • In October 2017, Ma was given an honorary degree of Doctor of Science in Technopreneurship from De La Salle University-Manila, Philippines.
  • In May 2018, Ma was given an honorary degree of Doctor of Social Sciences by the University of Hong Kong in recognition of his contributions to technology, society, and the world.
  • In May 2018, Ma received an honorary doctorate from professors Yaakov Frenkel and Yaron Oz at the Tel Aviv University.[60]
  • In May 2019, Ma and the other 16 influential global figures were appointed by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres as the new advocates for sustainable development goals.

CONCLUSION

Finally, my advice to young people is that every mistake is wonderful revenue first learn then implement and don't get scared to take the risk and never get frustrated by failures
